20% VAT will be added to the prices.

Both full delegate and student delegate registration fees include:

• Certificate of Participation or Certificate of Presentation
• Conference bag
• Conference programme booklet
• Proceedings (a link will be provided to download)
• Lunch for two days
• Coffee breaks
• Welcoming reception
• Gala dinner
• Attendance to all technical sessions

Cancellation or changes

Any cancellation or changes in your registration must be notified in writing to Conference Secreteriat [email protected] and will be subject to the following conditions.

Cancellation Policy

February 16 – March 16, 2025
100% refund (excluding transfer fees and taxes)

March 17 – April 16, 2026
50% refund (excluding transfer fees and taxes)

After April 16, 2026
No refund will be issued.
